Köpvillkor
These are the terms you buy on. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past — and nothing in them takes away a right you have under Swedish consumer law. Where the two disagree, the law wins.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least eighteen to place an order. Between thirteen and seventeen you need a parent or guardian to place it for you. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under thirteen and we do not sell jewellery designed for children under fourteen at all.
3. How an order is formed
Putting something in the basket does not commit you to anything. When you complete the checkout form we record your order and send you a confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we confirm the order to you.
If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, or a piece has sold out between your order and our confirmation, we may decline the order. We will tell you why and, if you have paid, refund you in full.
4. Prices
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include Swedish moms at 25%. This site has one currency.
- Shipping is shown separately before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60.
- Import duties and taxes charged by your own country are yours to pay and are not included in our prices.
- Where we show a former price struck through, that price is the lowest price we actually applied to that piece in the preceding thirty days. If we cannot show a price that meets that test, we show no struck-out price at all.
Price differences between pieces are explained by material and, on plated pieces, by the thickness of the plating in micrometres. We do not justify a price by scarcity, by a countdown, or by any suggestion that a piece will hold or increase its value.
5. Payment
Payment is taken after you have given us your order details and been shown the shipping cost for your country. Nothing is charged before that, and the amount you are asked to pay is the amount shown to you first. We do not store card details ourselves.
6. Delivery
We ship from Sweden. Estimated times and destinations are set out on frakt och retur. If we cannot deliver within thirty days of the order and have not agreed something else with you, you may cancel and be refunded in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to someone you nominate. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it if you can, and tell us.
7. If something is wrong with a piece
You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn’t faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.
Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing. Anything reported within two months of noticing always counts as in time. The full procedure, including what we treat as a fault and what we treat as ordinary wear, is on reklamation.
We offer no separate commercial guarantee with a fixed number of years on it. A guarantee cannot reduce the statutory right above, and we would rather state the statutory right clearly than dress up something smaller.
8. Changing your mind
You have fourteen days from the day after delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Jewellery worn in a piercing is delivered sealed and is the one exception once that seal is broken. Full detail, and the official withdrawal form, are on ångerrätt.
9. What we say about our products
We describe metal, not people. Every piece states the metal that meets your skin, and every plated piece states the base metal and the thickness of the plating. We do not describe anything on this site as hypoallergenic, nickel-free, allergy-safe or suitable for sensitive skin, because those are claims about your body and we are not in a position to make them.
We make no medical, therapeutic or wellbeing claim of any kind. The magnetic clasp carries a safety notice about pacemakers and implanted defibrillators; that is a warning, not a benefit.
10. Your data
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to complain is set out in the privacy policy. Consent to marketing is always asked for separately from the details we need to fulfil your order, and refusing it does not affect your order.
11. Disputes and governing law
Swedish law governs these terms and your purchase. If we reject a claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation. Their contact details are on reklamation. You may also bring the matter before a Swedish court.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you placed it, and we keep the review date at the bottom of this page current so you can tell.
