Titanium contains no nickel. It is the piece to try first if steel has been a problem.

About this piece

Every link is titanium and so is the lobster clasp, which matters because a clasp usually sits at the back of the neck for as many hours as the chain does. Most chains sold as titanium have a steel clasp.

Your rights on this order

You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.

You have fourteen days to change your mind, counted from the day after your parcel arrives. You do not have to give a reason. This piece is not sealed, so that right applies in full.

If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.
